1. 14-Day Refund Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Endurace Pro subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@endurace.io with your account email address within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

4. Payment Processor

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax compliance, and refund transactions on our behalf.
